The Villa is a quarter scale house. It measures finished (including the base, about 11" x11"). This was Grace's first experience with quarter scale. Many of the accessories came from the Quarter Connection Online Convention for 2006.

All these rooms in only 11 inches of space. I keep telling my 1" scale friends they can have detail in smaller scales!
